What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest service and uphold Dunkins high standards
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, labor control, and training

- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance standards
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency

What You Bring
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain great team members
- A passion for guest service and creating a positive team culture
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
