Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a Laboratory Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role: You will be responsible for technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory. You will be responsible for performing tests and assure the quality and timeliness of testing. You will encourage an ongoing program of improvement of Laboratory services. You will provide technical consultation for each of the specialties/sub specialties in the laboratory including respiratory dept. You will provide support and be a clinical resource for staff. What Qualifications You Will Need: Certification as MT (ASCP), CLS, or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Technology is required. General knowledge of all Laboratory functions is required. * Minimum 7 years full time laboratory experience in high complexity testing is required.
