Key Responsibilities
- Lead Operational Excellence: Drive daily kitchen operations with strong leadership and continuous improvement.
- Build a Culture of Accountability: Set clear expectations and foster teamwork and pride in performance.
- Lead, Train, and Develop Team Members: Coach and motivate your Back of House team to meet Chick-fil-A’s high standards.
- Maintain Food Quality and Safety: Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Manage Labor and Food Costs: Oversee labor efficiency, inventory, and controllable expenses to meet profitability goals.
- Develop Future Leaders: Identify and mentor high-potential team members to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications & Schedule
- Minimum 3 Years Restaurant Leadership experience
- Full-time position with Monday to Friday, weekend availability, day and night shifts
- On-site role requiring hands-on leadership and team engagement
