Maintaining initiatives in the areas of:- Administrative responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring & training
- Performance reviews
- Product quality
- Maintenance.
- Working a 45-50 hour work week
- Qualifications
- A high school diploma or University degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of P & L statements
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership and Conflict Resolution
