THE POSITION:

STACK is seeking a skilled Business Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and optimizing our construction management platform. The successful candidate will be pivotal in administering this platform, ensuring seamless integration of end-to-end project management processes that encompass task management, project scheduling, and financial and budget control.

This cross-functional role requires strong communication and collaboration with company leadership, finance, development, and construction teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Advanced System Management:

  • Oversee the administration of the Procore platform, ensuring optimal configuration, maintenance, and performance.

  • Develop and enforce advanced user management practices, including role definitions and access controls.

Strategic Implementation and Integration:

  • Lead major integration projects to seamlessly connect Procore with other critical business systems.

  • Strategize and execute system enhancements that align with long-term business goals.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams to ensure system cohesiveness and project alignment.

Expert Training and Support:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of users, ensuring high adoption and proficiency.

  • Provide escalated support and expert advice on complex issues within the platform.

Sophisticated Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Direct the development of complex analytics frameworks to assess project performance, financial metrics, and operational efficiency.

  • Present data-driven insights to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure stringent compliance with international standards and regulations within system processes.

  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of detailed documentation for system operations, changes, and audit trails.

Innovative System Evolution:

  • Proactively research and evaluate emerging technologies that could enhance system capabilities and business outcomes.

  • Drive the implementation of new features and updates, aligning with industry best practices and technological advancements.

Vendor and Senior Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage high-level relationships with software vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and overseeing service level agreements.

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align system capabilities with business strategies and priorities.

Comprehensive Risk Management:

  • Lead risk assessment initiatives for system-related projects, identifying potential issues and developing robust mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain a proactive stance on system security, data protection, and compliance risks.

THE DETAILS:

  • Location: Denver, CO in office 4 days a week

  • Travel: up to 10%

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

  • Must pass comprehensive background screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

  • Preferred: master's degree or professional certifications in project management or IT system

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business system analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role managing IT systems within the construction or data center industries.

  • Proven track record of successful system implementation and management, particularly with construction management platforms like Procore.

Compensation Range:

$115,540.00 - $128,260.00
