Job Summary
The Manager, Network & Telecommunications leads the teams responsible for the connectivity that keeps Kettering Health running with wired and wireless networks, voice and unified communications, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and the data circuits linking every hospital, clinic, and affiliate site. This role translates enterprise strategy into operating plans that keep clinical and business technology reliably connected, secure, and ready to scale.
The Manager sets and enforces the standards, policies, and procedures that govern network and telecom service delivery for internal IS teams and the stakeholders they serve. This includes safeguarding information assets, meeting financial and vendor-performance targets, and managing day-to-day operations against the IS Balanced Scorecard. The role carries direct accountability for infrastructure that supports clinical systems such as nurse call, real-time location systems (RTLS), and emergency communications.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field, and management experience.
Experience:
3+ years supporting and managing the delivery of IT services.
5+ years of relevant systems/management experience preferred.
Vendor management experience across software, hardware, construction, and implementation preferred.
Demonstrated operational oversight, including using data to drive decisions.
Certifications: ITIL v3 or higher, Agile, and/or PMP preferred.
