Workplace Type: Hybrid Job DescriptionInternal CommunicationsResponsibilitiesLead Global Employee CommunicationsDevelop and execute global internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities and culture. Partner with leaders to create clear, engaging communications that connect employees to Pizza Huts strategy and vision. Advise leaders on communication best practices and messaging.Own Enterprise Communication ChannelsManage Pizza Huts employee intranet (HutHQ) and oversee content across internal communication channels. Develop editorial calendars and continuously enhance communication channels to improve engagement and employee experience.Produce Global Town Halls & Executive CommunicationsLead planning and production of quarterly Global Town Halls from concept through execution.Develop executive messaging, presentations, scripts and supporting communications.Manage speaker preparation, agendas, employee Q&A and post-event communications.Identify opportunities to increase engagement and improve the employee experience during company-wide events.Bring Our Culture to LifeTell compelling employee stories that celebrate our people, culture and business impact.Partner with People & Culture to support engagement initiatives, recognition programs and key employee moments. Drive Organizational Change CommunicationsDevelop communication plans that support organizational change and major business initiatives. Equip leaders with messaging and communication tools to successfully engage their teams.Support the Broader Communications TeamAssist with crisis communications, executive events and other strategic communications initiatives as needed.Partner closely with external communications and brand teams to ensure consistency across all audiences.QualificationsRequired:(6-8) years of experience with a public relations agency or in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagementExceptional writing, editing and storytelling skillsExperience developing executive communications and supporting senior leadersExperience managing intranet platforms and digital communication channelsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working independently while collaborating across a highly matrixed organizationExperience producing company-wide meetings, town halls or large employee eventsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to think strategically while remaining hands-on in executionDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesRequired in Plano Office 3 days a week Required on-call time (approximately every 3rd weekend and after hours)Preferred: Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldExperience supporting global organizationsExperience with organizational change and transformation communicationsFamiliarity with SharePoint, Liferay or other enterprise intranet platformsExperience using employee engagement and communications analytics toolsAdobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) CanvaSalary Range: $125,200 to $147,200 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, well consider the successful candidates location, experience, and other job-related factors.
