- Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements and deliver high-impact SAP solutions.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, conduct ROI modeling, and track value realization for enterprise-level technology investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives and optimize business processes.
- Utilize advanced communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to achieve organizational goals.
- Leverage expertise with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for effective project delivery.
