    Program Manager Cybersecurity Operations
    Position Summary
    Teachers Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager Cybersecurity Operations to lead and oversee enterprise cybersecurity programs that protect the organization's information assets, technology infrastructure, and business operations. This role will be responsible for managing multiple cybersecurity operational functions delivered through *** (TechM), driving cybersecurity initiatives, coordinating incident response activities, ensuring regulatory and audit compliance, and providing executive level reporting on cybersecurity risks, program performance, and strategic outcomes.
    The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Teachers FCU leadership, cybersecurity teams, technology partners, and external vendors, ensuring cybersecurity programs align with business objectives and industry best practices.
    Key Responsibilities
    Cybersecurity Program Leadership
    Manage and oversee cybersecurity programs in alignment with Teachers FCU's security strategy, risk management objectives, and business goals.
    Define program objectives, deliverables, success metrics, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
    Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long term cybersecurity strategies and transformation initiatives.
    Prioritize cybersecurity investments and initiatives based on risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
    Operational Management
    Lead and manage *** cybersecurity operations teams across multiple security domains, including:Security Operations Center (SOC)
    Email Security management
    Firewall and URL Web Filtering management
    Vulnerability Management and Patch Management
    Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
    Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities
    Ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement across all cybersecurity functions.
    Promote cross functional collaboration to achieve program objectives and enhance organizational security posture.
    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology operations, and risk management.
    10+ years of experience managing cybersecurity programs and cross functional teams.
    Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, including SOC, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, EDR, IAM, PAM, Incident Response, and GRC.
    Proven experience managing large scale cybersecurity initiatives and vendor delivered services.
    Experience presenting cybersecurity strategy, risks, and operational updates to executive leadership and boards.
    Strong program management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
