Advertised Compensation: $75,000.00 to $90,900.00
Purpose: The Manager of Indirect Procurement executes sourcing initiatives and manages supplier relationships across assigned indirect spend categories. This role conducts sourcing events, negotiates contracts, monitors supplier performance, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and operational efficiency.

Reporting Relationship: The Manager of Indirect Procurement reports to the Director of Indirect Procurement
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 6 years:
In a technical role: Requires 6 years of experience engaged in developing and delivering indirect procurement programs
A bachelor's degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the six-year requirement
In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
Specialized Training:
Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with procurement tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; has ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Demonstrated experience working with subject matter experts to gather requirements, define specifications, and execute sourcing activities
Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen and also has the strategic mindset required to understand the long-term implications of indirect procurement decisions and to advance the organization's goals
Demonstrated history of anticipating the needs of the business and complex stakeholders
Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments
Location: This role is based at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD
