This position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division.
Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives:
Primary Function:
This position is designed to provide insights and analysis across Abbott Nutrition's Pediatric, Retail, and Category business with a specific emphasis on the effectiveness and management of the ANPD Sales Incentive program. In addition to strong technical and analytical expertise, this position is responsible for partnering with leadership to provide executive support and recommendations to our cross functional partners in Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
Primary Goal/Objective:
Oversee the sales incentive program from design through implementation, providing leadership, coordination, and accountability across key processes and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

Strong preference for experience with the following technologies/data:
Power BI
SQL
SalesForce.com
Familiarity with analytical programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala is a plus, but not required.
Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills, including strong data interpretation skills, and demonstrated experience telling clear, accurate and compelling stories that synthesize trends across multiple reports or data sources that drive marketing and executive decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in providing thought leadership and influence on senior management.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing leadership to analysts and project teams.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
