Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone

• Schedule virtual appointments with individuals requesting information

• Conduct Zoom appointments to explain available insurance products and benefit options

• Answer questions and help clients understand available coverage

• Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation

• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development sessions
