Job Description & Performance Expectations

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Manager in Training (MIT) role supports the growth of the club through lead generation and sales. This rolewill assist with the delivery of an amazing Crunch member experience through successful operation of the frontdesk and related departments. They are responsible for overseeing the front desk to ensure that all membersreceive the highest level of customer service possible. They will demonstrate an aptitude of all company-widepolicies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt positioneligible for sales commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Sales & Lead Generation

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets in lead generation, new membership units, ACH attachment,and scheduling CrunchOne Kickoff bookings
• Establish and maintain an effective lead generation program through networking and street teammarketing campaigns
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members
• Attend events and find community opportunities for exposure

Member Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing an uplifting and friendly atmosphere
• Represent Crunch Fitness in a positive light to increase brand awareness and generate new salesopportunities

Operations & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Ensure all front desk systems are executed properly, such as member check-in, guest registration, retailpurchases, delinquent account procedures, telephone inquiries, and member requests
• Other duties as assigned
