Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Spares Account Management is responsible for leading, managing, growing, and strengthening
relationships with the organization''s most important customers. This senior-level role serves as a trusted business advisor
to key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and aligning
customer objectives with the company''s products, services, operational capabilities, and long-term strategy.
The Senior Manager, Spares Account Management works cross-functionally with sales, customer service, operations,
supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize account value, and
support customer retention and expansion. This position also provides people leadership by guiding, coaching, and
developing team members, setting clear expectations, building accountability, and fostering a high-performance culture
focused on collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
