You will partner closely with cybersecurity leadership, application teams, HR, audit, and compliance to ensure identity services are reliable, secure, and aligned with regulatory requirements such as SOX and healthcare-specific controls.

Partner with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to:

Translate business needs into practical, scalable IAM solutions
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
On a typical day, you will be deeply engaged in the execution and oversight of IAM services. You may start by reviewing operational dashboards, resolving escalated access issues, and ensuring provisioning processes are running smoothly. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate with your team to manage access requests, address system incidents, and maintain uptime across identity platforms.
You will also spend time working with stakeholders across the business to troubleshoot access challenges, support audit requests, and improve IAM processes. This role requires balancing hands-on operational execution with people leadership, ensuring your team delivers consistent, secure, and efficient identity services.
