- Manage assigned construction and capital improvement projects from initial planning and scope development through construction, closeout, warranty, and final acceptance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within approved budgets.

- Develop and monitor project schedules and major milestones, identify potential schedule and project risks, implement mitigation or recovery strategies, and coordinate construction sequencing to minimize disruptions to district and campus operations.
- Ensure construction meets district quality standards by coordinating inspections, testing, deficiency corrections, punch-list completion, building-system commissioning, closeout documentation, warranty inspections, and final project acceptance.
- Maintain effective communication with district leadership, campus administrators, departments, consultants, contractors, and governmental agencies; provide timely project updates, address stakeholder concerns, and prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and the Board of Trustees as assigned.
- Maintain complete and accurate project records, status reports, performance indicators, contracts, financial documentation, and project management system data; support audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws, Board policies, building codes, ADA requirements,
OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and bond program requirements.
