The Manager, HR Tech, Ops & Analytics is a strategic leader responsible for advancing the organization's HR technology, workforce administration, operational effectiveness, and people analytics capabilities. This role will lead the selection, implementation and optimization of the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform while developing and executing a cohesive HR technology strategy that enables business priorities, improves employee experience and strengthens governance.
Build and execute a modern HR data and analytics strategy that identifies key workforce insights and provides actionable data for quality decisions.
Partner with Finance, IT, Legal and HR stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve data quality and governance, streamline HR operations, reduce administrative work, and enhance the employee and manager experience through better workflows, automation, and technology.

What we are looking for

The expected salary range for this position is $185,000 - $220,000 per year. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental and vision), flexible spending and health savings accounts, a 401(k) plan with generous employer contributions and a student debt benefit, life and AD&D insurance, disability insurance, critical illness and hospital indemnity benefits, paid time off, paid leave, a wellness program, an employee assistance program and other great company perks.
