Manager, HR Shared Services and Process Automation

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager of HR Shared Services and Process Automation to lead the HR Resource Center (HHRC) Data Transaction team and drive the modernization of HR operations. This hybrid role (3 days/week in Charlotte) will focus on automating manual processes, optimizing workflows, and improving service delivery through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of HR data transaction processing through automation, workflow redesign, and system integrations.
• Identify and implement automation and bot solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
• Partner with HR, IT, Analytics, and Digital Transformation teams to deliver scalable process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Improve service quality, compliance, data integrity, and employee experience while building scalable operations.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 of those years in process improvement, automation, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading a team in HR operations.
• Experience in a Shared Services or HR Resource Center environment using ServiceNow.
• Proven success implementing workflow automation, integrations, or bot solutions.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HR service delivery models, SLAs, and KPIs.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft, workflow automation platforms, and self-service technologies.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications.
• Change management or organizational development experience.
• Bachelor''s degree in HR, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
