Description

Job Summary:

Reporting to our Senior Director, HR Finance you will be responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining, and enhancing HR metrics and reports, while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and data integrity. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly reviews of employee census data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with HR, Finance, and Legal records
  • Support the preparation, validation, and tracking of employee equity transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Maintain employee distribution lists and ensure correct insider trading designations weekly
  • Track and analyze various monthly labor costs against annual forecast/budget
  • Assist in HR compliance audits by preparing required documentation and supporting audit inquiries
  • Assist with 401(k) uploads, review and input contributions and loan requests
  • Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects as assigned by HR Team

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with compensation, 401k, and/or HR reporting with a public company
  • Bachelor''s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or other related field
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data, querying, and reporting, required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and translate complex data into clear insights
  • Ability to create and deliver presentation-quality materials with a focus on formatting, style, and consistency.
  • Experience working in high data volume environments and with multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, managing multiple assignments simultaneously and establishing clarity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software
