At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.The OpportunityWe are seeking aManager HRin our Boulder locationtoserve as a strategic HR business partner to site manufacturing leadership and teams driving the development implementation and coordination of HR policies and programs across employment organizational development andemployeerelations. This role also serves as a key point of contact for interactions with external regulatory agencies ensuring the sites compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipPartner with site manufacturing leadership to align HR strategy with operational and business goalsProvide guidance and coaching to managers and supervisors on employee relations performance management and organizational effectivenessServe as a trusted advisor on workforce planning talent management and change management initiativesEmployee RelationsManage employee relations matters including investigations conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsEnsure consistent fair and legally compliant application of HR policies and practicesRegulatory & External ComplianceServe as the sites primary HR liaison with external regulatory agencies e.g. EEOC DOL OSHA state labor boardsEnsure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulationsMaintain required documentation and support audits inspections and regulatory reportingEmployment & Talent ProgramsPartner with talent acquisition to support hiring needs specific to manufacturing operationsSupport succession planning and talent development initiativesOrganizationalDevelopmentSupportorganizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement performance and site cultureSupport change management efforts related to process improvements restructuring or growth initiativesFacilitate training and development programs for site employees and leadershipQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory or people-management capacityDemonstrated experience supporting manufacturing operations or industrial environments preferredStrong working knowledge of employment law labor relations and compensation practicesProven ability to act as a strategic partner to operational leadershipThe anticipated hiring range for this role is 117K to 142K.Benefits start day 1 Medical Dental Vision 401K Holiday Pay PAID MaternityPaternity leave Tuition Reimbursement Long-term and Short-term disability.Please NoteThis position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ITARNo relocation offered for this positionMust be a US PersonsNo sponsorship offered for this positionLI-AM1Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action EmployerMinoritiesFemalesDisabilityGender IdentitySexual OrientationExcelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team Visit httpsjobs.excelitas.com
