    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 10 years of experience in GTM execution, change management, sales operations, or field enablement within the technology or enterprise cloud sector.

    • Experience in people management, including managing and coaching teams.

    • Experience directing cross-functional programs or landing transformations from ideation to field operationalization.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Advanced degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a Master"s degree in a relevant technical field.
    • 12 years of relevant experience driving complex cross-functional programs in a hyper-growth enterprise cloud environment.
    • Deep knowledge of field seller roles, tiering frameworks, and change management methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of consumption-based cloud business models and how to land initiatives that drive active customer usage.
    • Proven ability to utilize analytics to measure behavior change and programmatic effectiveness.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing across a highly matrixed global organization.

    The Go-to-Market (GTM) Practice organization is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. This organization is responsible for setting strategy with a deep understanding of product and the market and activating the field against the largest addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate and enable the Go-To-Market organization to deliver on the financial plan.

    As the Manager, GTM Landing within the GTM Practice organization, you will lead the team responsible for orchestrating the "landing" of initiatives across the global field organization. Your primary mandate is to drive a centralized intake engine, connected landing plans, and predictable communications for field sellers-including Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Specialists, Google Cloud Consulting (GCC), and Cloud Engineers (CEs)-as well as field leadership and partners.

    You will own the end-to-end design and execution of landing strategies that maximize field adoption and eliminate fragmentation. You will be responsible for scoping and tiering priority GTM initiatives, managing predictable communication cascades, and utilizing specialized AI agents to deliver holistic landing plans that include enablement, reinforcement, and clear impact measurement.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US: $211000 - $293000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and grow a team of GTM landing leads, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.

    • Direct the global intake process and manage the centralized intake tracker and activation calendar. Implement a tiering framework to distinguish between major landing packages and minor updates.

    • Oversee predictable communication cascades across key channels including CloudPulse, CloudPulse Leaders, CloudPulse Field, GTM Alert, and Industry Communities to ensure field awareness and alignment.

    • Scale standardized landing playbooks and utilize specific AI tools-such as the landing plan agent, comms inventory agent, and audit agent-to streamline information delivery and increase operational efficiency.

    • Act as an advisor to practice, regional field leaders, enablement, and marketing teams to ensure all global initiatives are landed seamlessly without field friction.
