Manager, Grants & External Relations Endocrinologists are at the core of solving the most pressing health problems of our time, from diabetes and obesity to infertility, bone health, and hormone-related cancers The Endocrine Society is the world’s oldest and largest organization of scientists devoted to hormone research and physicians who care for people with hormone-related conditions. The Manager, Grants & External Relations leads the identification, cultivation, and development of external funding opportunities that support the Endocrine Society's strategic priorities. This role is responsible for prospect research, grant writing, proposal development, foundation relations, grants administration, and donor stewardship. The Manager, Grants & External Relations serves as a key resource in identifying and securing external support for educational programs, clinical initiatives, products, services, and joint ventures. This position also monitors emerging funding opportunities and coordinates proposal submissions and grant administration activities throughout the funding lifecycle. This role works alongside the Manager of Grants & Collaborative Projects and Manager of Grants & Engagement on the management of grants throughout the grant lifecycle. All three positions maintain shared responsibility and skill redundancies related to opportunity identification, prospect research, proposal development, budget coordination, grants administration, stakeholder engagement, and financial reconciliation.
