Position Summary
Carlyle's Global Credit platform manages over $200 billion in assets across direct lending, liquid credit, and real assets strategies. As AI reshapes how investment firms' source, underwrite, monitor, and manage credit portfolios, we are building a dedicated capability to ensure AI is adopted strategically, responsibly, and at scale across the business.
This role exists to accelerate that transformation. As the Manager, AI Strategy & Enablement, you will serve as the connective tissue between Carlyle's investment professionals and its technology teams - identifying where AI creates the most value, shaping how it gets adopted, and ensuring the business stays ahead of a rapidly evolving landscape.
This is not a support function. You will work in direct contact with investment leadership, sit embedded with the teams doing the work, and own the strategic roadmap for how AI is deployed across one of the largest credit platforms in alternatives. You will be joining mid-build - there is an active platform already in flight - and your role is to accelerate and scale it. If you want to shape how a global firm uses AI at the frontier, this is the seat.
