What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring every guest receives a polished, memorable dining experience
- Hire, train, and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders to uphold Hondos' standards of excellence
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory alongside the culinary team
- Handle guest relations with grace, turning any hiccup into a five-star recovery
- Collaborate with ownership on events, private dining, and seasonal menu rollouts
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- A genuine passion for great food, wine, and guest service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure during a packed Saturday rush
- Sharp eye for detail — from table settings to steak temperatures
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
