Bel is seeking a hands on, technology forward Manager of FP&A Technology & Analytics to help modernize the company’s planning, reporting, and performance management capabilities. This role will sit at the intersection of finance, data, systems, and business partnership, supporting the Vice President FP&A in building scalable tools, dashboards, models, and processes that enable faster, more accurate, and more actionable decision making across Bel’s global operations.Are You Looking To:Build and improve FP&A reporting, planning, and analytics capabilities using modern finance technologyDevelop and maintain dashboards, datasets, and financial reporting packages that support recurring business reviews and executive decision makingSupport budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes through improved models, data flows, and system enabled workflowsPartner with accounting, operations, commercial, and IT teams to connect ERP data with reporting and analytics toolsIdentify opportunities to use AI, automation, and advanced analytics to reduce manual work and improve forecast accuracyTranslate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions while ensuring strong data governance, documentation, and user adoption Are You Ready To:Support and enhance FP&A reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, KPI scorecards, financial models, and recurring management reportingBuild trusted data models and reporting layers that bring together operational and financial dataSupport finance process improvements, master data alignment, and reporting standardization across business unitsCreate self-service analytics and reusable reporting assets that help business partners understand revenue, margin, cost, working capital, and operating performanceLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, data visualization, planning cycle efficiency, and AI enabled finance use casesProvide training and support to FP&A and business users to improve adoption of tools, dashboards, and standard reporting practices What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, business, or a related field7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance analytics, business intelligence, corporate finance systems, or a related finance technology role required; experience in global manufacturing, electronics, industrial technology, or a multi-site operating environment preferredStrong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and report automation; Microsoft Power BI certification, Microsoft Fabric certification, or comparable technical certification is a plusExposure to Microsoft Fabric, data lakehouse concepts, data pipelines, or modern analytics architectureExperience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, or similar platformsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting; Familiarity with financial consolidation, planning, or reporting tools preferredUnderstanding of data governance, security, role-based access, and change management in finance reporting environments preferredExperience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve finance processes, reporting, or forecastingExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business insightsStrong project management skills and comfort working across finance, IT, and business teamsMust be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident What You’ll Get:Compensation range of $120,000.00 to $150,000.00.
