You'll lead strategic initiatives that protect employees and guests, elevate operational standards, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. Through collaboration, innovation, and proactive risk management, you"ll champion programs that drive well-being, regulatory excellence, and business continuity.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500

What you'll bring

  • Leadership in health and safety management, with the ability to influence strategy and champion a culture of safety across large, complex organizations
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory standards including OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and food safety protocols, with a track record of ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement
  • Investigative and analytical skills, including experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing effective corrective actions
  • Clear and confident communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Technical proficiency with data and digital tools to drive informed decision-making and report on key safety metrics

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Related Experience: 3 years
