About the Role
The Manager, Fleet Operations is responsible for leading UniGroups Fleet Operations team while driving operational performance, fleet utilization, and financial results. This role oversees day-to-day fleet operations, supports a network of agency partners and van operators, and ensures efficient execution of transportation services.
This position is well suited for a leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational strategy, and business performance. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to drive results across a complex transportation network.
