A Snapshot of Your DayJoin our innovative Gas Services division as the leader of the newly established Field Service Project Controls Group within the Outage Controls & Support organization! In this vital management role, you will provide essential oversight and governance for field service outage projects across North America. You will focus on developing and implementing standardized project control methodologies, leading and mentoring a team of project control specialists, and overseeing financial, scheduling, and risk management aspects of our service project portfolio. Imagine the impact you will have as you build this new function and drive excellence in project controls!How You'll Make an ImpactDevelop, implement, and maintain standardized project control methodologies, best practices, and templates for the Field Service organization.Establish and manage a governance framework to monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project control processes and tools.Mentor and develop a team of experienced project control professionals, managing performance and fostering professional growth.Oversee the consolidation of project status information, financial data, and schedules for reporting to senior leadership.What You BringBachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.8+ years of progressive experience in project controls, project management, or in a Program Management Office (PMO) role.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Primavera P6 Professional certification would be highly preferred.Experience in the energy, power generation, or industrial field service industry is highly preferred.Strong capabilities in team leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management.Willing to travel 20% domestically.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
