Responsible for driving results by executing change management plans for Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) field change initiatives. This includes working with AWM business partners/implementation to develop plans, capture execution planning milestones to coordinate communication, training, support, program/technology roll outs, and executing against these milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with key business, field leadership, communications, training, and other stakeholders to develop field change strategies for assigned projectsCreate pilot/implementation plans and work closely with field members and field facing resources to ensure execution of initiatives and pilots. Manage detailed tactical implementation plans ensuring dates are met and initiative is implemented on timeWork with business partners to evaluate the level of change a program/initiative will have in the field. Monitor implementation plans to ensure prioritization of key initiatives and dates, bundling and coordination of like-projects for greater field uptake, development of implementation strategies and follow-up mechanisms, which determine required resources and corporate office contacts to successfully execute planRequired QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent and minimum 5-7 years relevant experienceAbility to work independently on initiative while also comfortable working with a team to drive resultsAbility to create and implement change, drive results, and hold other accountableOutstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills in dealing with all levels and through various communicationsDemonstrated ability to influence colleagues at same band level and higher in the organizationProven project management skills, with the ability to take an initiatives from concept to deep execution, to follow-through and measurementPreferred QualificationsDesire and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the need to balance multiple deliverables and competing timelines consistentlyFamiliarity/knowledge of Ameriprise Financial field organization and advisor job, including business drivers, policies, and processesExperience at Ameriprise executing in and working with both corporate and field audiencesAbility to create and execute with appropriate autonomyStrategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actionsBase Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $98,000 - 122,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
