As an HVAC Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical piping, sheet metal, controls coordination, and MEP construction practices.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control, subcontractor management, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling software and construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent mechanical construction experience will also be considered.
  • OSHA safety knowledge and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
