Manager
The Old Broadway is seeking an energetic, experienced, Nightclub focused manager to oversee evening operations and lead our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bar and nightlife management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage nightly operations of the nightclub, bar, and entertainment areas.
- Strong music knowledge that creates nightclub energy.
- Create, coordinate and implement special events, promotions, and entertainment activities.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise bartenders, servers, security personnel, and support staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Oversee bar operations, cash handling, inventory management, and nightly reconciliation.
- Assist with scheduling, staff development, and performance management.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests and employees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or hospitality management preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Schedule
- Full-time salaried position
- Four day work week
- Weekends required
