    Manager, Family Office Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families.
    • Oversee bill pay, cash management, budgeting, and banking activities.
    • Prepare and review personal financial statements, net worth reports, and cash flow analyses.
    • Coordinate with tax, legal, insurance, investment, and estate planning advisors.
    • Organize financial records and documentation for tax compliance and reporting.
    • Assist with trust, estate, philanthropic, and wealth transfer planning initiatives.
    • Monitor and track multiple projects and deadlines across complex family structures.
    • Review household payroll, personal expenses, and family office accounting activities.
    • Support real estate transactions, refinancing efforts, and other special projects.
    • Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and operational efficiencies.
    • Mentor junior team members and assist with client onboarding.

    Manager, Family Office Services Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience within a family office, private client services, wealth management, public accounting, trust administration, or related environment.
    • Strong understanding of personal financial statements, cash flow management, and family office operations.
    • Experience coordinating with tax, legal, and investment professionals.
    • Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
    • CPA, CFP, CFA, or similar designation preferred.
