    What you'll do...

    Role summary:
    The Manager, Facility Services, leads the maintenance and operational functions of facility systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power. This role oversees project planning, resource allocation, and vendor management to ensure efficient and compliant facility operations. The position is responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing budgets, and driving sustainability initiatives aligned with regulatory standards. By fostering a collaborative team environment and maintaining high standards of integrity and performance, the manager supports business objectives and continuous improvement across regional field operations.
    About the team:
    The Facility Services team leads the management and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems. This team ensures operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and sustainability initiatives. They oversee project execution, budget management, and vendor coordination while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. The team supports professional growth through coaching and development, promotes integrity and accountability, and collaborates across functions to deliver reliable facility services that meet business needs and enhance the overall environment for associates and customers.
    What you'll do:
    • Direct and oversee maintenance operations for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems to ensure optimal facility performance.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
    • Manage project planning, prioritization, and execution while monitoring costs, schedules, and contractor performance to meet business objectives.
    • Prepare and control budgets, approve expenditures, and evaluate return on investment for capital projects and staffing needs.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards through regular inspections and training.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop facility services associates to foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

    What you'll bring:
    • Proven experience managing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance operations.
    • Strong ability to evaluate facility needs, equipment efficiency, and energy reduction strategies.
    • Expertise in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures.
    • Demonstrated skills in project management, including prioritizing work, supervising teams, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Experience managing budgets, approving expenditures, and analyzing cost trends.
    • Knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local industry regulations.
    • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop associates while fostering a collaborative team environment.
    • Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

    The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
