Experience should include several of the following: Code of Conduct or policy governance, ethics hotline administration, investigations support, conflicts of interest and gifts and entertainment policies, compliance risk assessments, monitoring and testing, training and development, due diligence or KYC/KYB, sanctions or financial-crimes screening, issue management, remediation tracking, and leadership reporting. 5+ years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, legal, risk, audit, investigations, regulatory, government contracting, third-party risk, anti-financial crime, or corporate governance roles, including demonstrated experience managing compliance program workstreams.

What You'll Do:

Supports the day-to-day execution of the Ethics & Compliance program, translating strategy into practical guidance, oversight, training, and reporting. Partners across the business to manage compliance risk, strengthen accountability, and promote consistent, risk-based decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution and continuous improvement of the enterprise Ethics & Compliance program.
• Oversee policy governance to ensure policies and procedures remain current, effective, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Facilitate compliance and fraud risk assessments and related monitoring activities.
• Lead risk-based due diligence reviews, including KYC/KYB, sanctions, and other compliance screenings.
• Administer the ethics hotline and support investigations into potential violations of company policy, law, or regulation.
• Manage conflict of interest and gifts and entertainment disclosure processes.
• Deliver compliance training, communications, reporting, and program insights.
• Collaborate across the organization to manage compliance risk and strengthen accountability.
• Champion a culture of integrity, ethical conduct, and responsible decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education & Credentials:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. CCEP, CAMS, CAFS, CRMO, or other relevant ethics, compliance, risk, financial-crimes, or audit certification preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, legal, risk, audit, investigations, regulatory, government contracting, third-party risk, anti-financial crime, or corporate governance roles, including demonstrated experience managing compliance program workstreams.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance technology platforms.

Competencies:

Strong working knowledge of compliance program management, ethics and investigations, third-party risk, financial crime prevention, sanctions compliance, and risk monitoring practices. Strong compliance judgment with operational discipline, discretion, analytical rigor, and business acumen. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, verbally, and through executive-ready presentations. Ability to translate complex legal, regulatory, policy, and control requirements into practical business guidance. Strong project management, issue management, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with business partners and control functions, influence without authority, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and escalate appropriately. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness, identify compliance risks, assess potential impact, recommend pragmatic mitigation, and track remediation to completion. Ability to develop policies, procedures, training, communications, metrics, dashboards, and reports that support enterprise accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a maturing program environment while balancing regulatory rigor with business momentum.
