ERP Generalist Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP Generalist Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in ERP configuration, integration, and user support, ensuring seamless business operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage ERP system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide user training, and enhance system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop ERP strategies and roadmaps.
  • Manage data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system improvements.
  • Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Experience in system integration, customization, and process automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and ERP best practices is a plus.
