    The Manager of Equipment and Facilities will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of all equipment and facilities within the company. This role ensures that all equipment, machinery, and facilities are compliant with industry standards and regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), USP <797>, USP <800>, and other relevant requirements. The Manager will lead a team to ensure that the facilities operate smoothly and are properly maintained to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, compounding, and distribution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead maintenance, calibration, repair, and lifecycle management of pharmaceutical manufacturing and compounding equipment.
    • Oversee facility operations, including cleanrooms, HVAC systems, laboratories, and office spaces, ensuring compliance with GMP, USP <797>, USP <800>, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, and equipment reliability initiatives.
    • Manage facility and equipment improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, vendor oversight, and execution.
    • Ensure inspection readiness through compliance audits, documentation management, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Lead and develop maintenance and facilities personnel, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage budgets, contractors, and service providers to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
    • Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives.

    Qualifications/Trainings:

    • 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or engineering experience.
    • 2+ years of leadership or program management experience.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, compounding, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of facility systems, HVAC, cleanrooms, maintenance programs, CMMS, and production equipment.
    • Working knowledge of GMP, USP <797>, USP <800>, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Experience managing projects, vendors, contractors, budgets, and maintenance programs.
    • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
    • Relevant certifications such as CFM, FMP, HVAC, Electrical, OSHA, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus.

    Pay Range: $112,200 - $127,800
