Position Overview:

Oversees service activities for a major client where local onsite management support is required. This role manages the dispatch of local technical resources in response to service requests and also ensures that client preventive maintenance is accomplished on schedule and that repair services are timely and effective.

This position is responsible for the overall management of all service activities for its client. As such, the incumbent will represent eQuip on all affiliate committees and is responsible to ensure compliance with service are metrics performance commitments.

Job Description:

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • Bachelor's

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Anatomy and Physiology, Life Sciences
  • Selling, negotiation, biomedical equipment and familiarity with regulations such as AAMI, JCAHO, NFPA, OSHPOD, and Title 22.
  • Incumbent must be familiar with the use of personal computers and various types of software.
  • The incumbent must have communications skills, especially verbal, and demonstrated presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work autonomously under the guidance of the eQuip Tech Regional Service Manager.
  • Independence and self direction to anticipate and proactively solve problems, handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions is required.

Pay Range is $143,478.40 to $215,217.60 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
