    About the Role

    As the Manager, Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) for KIND, you'll represent the Supply Chain organization as we activate new food and packaging projects across the KIND portfolio. You'll work across Commercial, R&D, Packaging Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver on project timelines and business needs - leading Innovation PDR (Project Development Request), PWR (Packaging Work Request) and SCR (Supply Chain Request) projects from scope through execution.

    What You'll Do

    Lead multiple PDR, PWR and SCR projects for KIND from identification through execution, identifying opportunities and solutions to reduce cost of goods

    Own and administer the budget for key food innovation projects.

    Align with Sit with the Strategic Demand Lead team, commercial, marketing, internal and external manufacturing teams to seek cross-functional alignment for key project execution.

    Guide new food, existing food, and packaging projects through the process while ensuring business needs are met

    Develop project parameters and scope, gain commitment and approval, and establish the project team, compliance with financial metrics, budget, and schedule

    What You'll Bring

    At least 6 years of related work experience; previous experience managing innovation projects as project manager.

    Supply chain experience preferred

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet

    Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multi-task

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with leaders and cross-functional business partners

    Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time

    Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering preferred

    Familiarity with SAP Materials Cost and Supply Chain module

    The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

    The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
