Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Intelligent System Experience

We are seeking a talented manager to lead a high performing team of project managers that support the entire development lifecycle across various functions including: Software Engineering, Product Management, QA, Design, and Marketing while fostering innovation, collaboration, and operational effectiveness. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions for Intelligent System Experiences to the market. In this role you will lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our platforms, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels. You will be the central hub bringing together different teams from Software, Hardware, and Design, among other teams, all in the name of delivering on groundbreaking technology across all our operating systems. 10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch. 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, career development, performance management, and leading high-performing teams of project managers Demonstrated history of successfully launching customer-facing software products with a focus on operational rigor and continuous improvement Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency. Demonstrated ability in complex problem-solving, cross-functional consultation, and organizational planning Proven experience delivering written and verbal communications, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of an organization BS in Computer Science or related fieldDemonstrated ability to design, define, and successfully scale new operational processes from scratch Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and well-structured written documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations Demonstrated ability to deliver effective verbal communication in team meetings, stakeholder presentations and discussions, as evidenced by previous project leadership roles Track record of adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences, including technical teams, senior management, and external partners, reflected in experience managing cross-functional teams Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Strong leadership skills including ability to build trusting relationships and influence others Has a deeply curious mindset about new ideas
