Job Summary:

Manage all aspects of order processing for customers and providing leadership for department teams. Manage Manage all day to day operational activities for a highly automated, state of the art 250k square foot distribution facility. Responsible for operational excellence and process improvement; ensuring customer expectations are exceeded; and talent acquisition, development, and retention of associates. Operates as a strategic partner with logistics and supply chain management in establishing and adhering to operating budgets. Complete understanding of warehouse management systems, distribution operations with a high level of analytical skills.

Responsible for domestic and/or international distribution processes within the Henrietta, NY facility. Cross functional interactions include Global Distribution, Americas Packaging, Commercial, and global support functions(QA, IT, HR). This position sits in the facility leadership team reports into a Director of Distribution. Responsible for the leadership of up to 100 non-exempt employees and up to 5 exempt employees.
