Job Summary and Qualifications
The Manager, Data Analytics and Integration role is a key member of the Parallon Information Technology team with the responsibility for overall support and management of Data Engineering/Data Integration technologies. This position will build, lead, and motivate a team of support professionals to deliver excellent technical and non-technical support with outstanding customer service and timeliness, while delivering these services within the organization’s budget. The Manager will be responsible for all technologies used by the Data Analytics and Integration team as well as all related file handling/management tools which directly support the business user community. The Data solutions will cross all lines of business, and the Manager is expected to service all CSO lines of business including support departments such as Finance and Accounting. The Manager role will create, enhance and enforce standardization and process improvement across the data integration team.
