Mike's Gemini is looking for a dedicated and driven Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead by example especially in a fast-paced, late-night bar environment.
Position: Manager
Location: Mike's Gemini Twin Lounge
Schedule: Full-time, must be available for late nights (bar closes at 2 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nightly operations and ensure a smooth and professional environment for both staff and guests
- Manage and maintain inventory with a focus on accuracy and cost control
- Handle staff scheduling to meet business needs and labor targets
- Lead and support staff training and development
- Monitor and manage P&L performance, making data-driven decisions to meet financial goals
- Collaborate with ownership and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency
- Strong focus on service in all aspects of the position.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, scheduling software, and P&L reporting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working late hours and weekends
- Ability to stay organized and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
