You will work directly with the Medical Director and Chair of Psychiatry to oversee and elevate all Nurse Practitioner services - and will step into the role of acting Medical Director when needed. Master's degree or above from an accredited school with appropriate training as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.Current Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification required.Current and unrestricted Ohio RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure required; compact licensure preferred where applicable.Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority required, as applicable under state and federal law.Must maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and credentials in good standing.Has completed required training to prescribe medications for opiate use disorder

Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of practicing psychiatric nurse practitioner with increasing levels of responsibility.Minimum of five (5) years of prescriber experience in crisis services; experience behavioral health, psychiatric care, or substance use treatment required.Three (3) years of demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience in behavioral health required.Experience supporting evidence-based psychiatric and addiction treatment services strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership and treatment oversight in crisis or behavioral health settings
