Overview:

As a Manager at Chick-fil-A, you will be responsible for overseeing elements of the administrative and business operations of our restaurant. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team and contribute to the success of our brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pioneer the newest Chick-fil-A restaurant design concept
• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Oversee elements of the business' operational requirements
• Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and food safe procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals
• Embody the vision and values
• Assisting in training of new hires and acting as a role model for the team
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Having reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Coachable and willing to engage in personal development
