Here's a summary of responsibilities:
The Manager, Creative Studio Operations is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of creative operations within the Growth & Experiences department and overseeing production planning for the tentpole Team USA campaign shoots. This role manages creative workflows, project planning, resourcing, budgeting, and production logistics to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time, and at a high level of quality.
A pivotal position in driving the content, experiences, and integrated marketing campaigns that support and represent Team USA, you’ll work closely with creative team members, stakeholders, and external partners. The Manager role serves as the primary operational lead for creative projects and campaigns, helping translate business needs into actionable plans while maintaining visibility across priorities, timelines, and resources.
This role plays a critical part in enabling the creative team to operate effectively by maintaining scalable processes, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across all workstreams.
Here’s how you’ll have an impact:
- Manage the intake, planning, scheduling, and execution of creative projects from request through delivery. Ensure timelines, dependencies, approvals, and project milestones are clearly communicated and maintained across stakeholders and creative team members.
- Coordinate team capacity and project assignments across creative workstreams. Monitor workloads, identify potential resource conflicts, and partner with department leadership to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and prioritized.
- Support the planning and execution of major productions, content shoots, events, and creative initiatives. Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, travel, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve creative workflows, project management systems, and operational processes. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve visibility, and support a consistent experience for stakeholders and team members.
- Serve as a key point of contact between Creative, Marketing, Content, Brand Strategy, Partnerships, and other internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication, project alignment, and status reporting to ensure projects remain on track and stakeholders remain informed.
- Manage department budgets, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting while ensuring projects remain aligned with approved budgets.
- Support the development and coordination of presentations, department updates, project reports, and executive communications. Ensure materials are organized, accurate, and aligned with established brand standards.
- Maintain project reporting, workload tracking, and operational metrics to provide visibility into team performance, resource utilization, and project status.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or a related field
- Experience managing creative projects in a creative, agency, or in-house brand environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Experience managing budgets, invoices, contracts, and financial tracking
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through

Here's some more information you need to know:
- Hiring pay range $77,000 - $87,000 per year.
- This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.
- Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 15% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
