    Description

    As the Manager of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), you will drive operational excellence by identifying inefficient workflows across the organization and leading initiatives to streamline, standardize, and automate them. Using Lean Six Sigma and process automation principles, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Supply Chain, BI, Finance, and IT) to reduce manual effort, eliminate errors, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and cycle time.     What You Will Do:

    • Lead process improvement projects and manage a portfolio of concurrent automation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies

    • Assess cross-departmental processes, facilitate value stream mapping, and design future-state workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and redundant manual tasks

    • Partner with IT/Data and BI teams to automate workflows, build self-service analytics, and prioritize data-driven improvement opportunities

    • Implement RACI frameworks to define clear roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and process ownership across multiple functions

    • Track KPIs tied to efficiency gains, audit processes post-implementation to prevent regression, and maintain standardized SOPs and process maps

    • Build comprehensive business cases (ROI, cost/benefit) for automation initiatives and present project outcomes to senior leadership

    • Drive change management, advise functional leaders on system adoption, and train or mentor staff on Lean Six Sigma tools and value stream mapping

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 7+ years of professional experience in continuous process improvement, operational excellence, or process automation

    • Active Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)

    • Proven track record of auditing, standardizing, and automating manual, inefficient workflows across multiple departments

    • Strong working knowledge of RACI frameworks, process automation, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools

    • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change management

    • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to build business cases, track KPIs, and quantify performance using DMAIC phases

    Nice To Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus

    • Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus

    • Industry-specific experience relevant to consumer products, manufacturing, or supply chain

    What We Offer

    The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.  

    Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.   

    Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave.  Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
