Duties: 
Top Must-Haves

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, content architecture, CMS, information architecture, or related areas.
• Hands-on enterprise CMS experience — especially Sitecore, or equivalent such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, etc.
• Strong experience designing and governing content taxonomies and metadata schemas.
• Experience with content models, CMS governance, tagging standards, metadata, and structured content.
• Understanding of how taxonomy/metadata supports personalization, search, and AI-assisted content workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, technology, digital product, and/or clinical teams.
• Ability to create governance frameworks, documentation, processes, and standards in an evolving environment.
• Strong understanding of content personalization, audience segmentation, content targeting, or personalization rules.
• Ability to work between technical and editorial teams and translate business/content requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ additional years of relevant experience
• Years of experience: 5+ Years
