The Metropolitan Council is accepting applications for a Manager - Compliance and Administration.

The Procurement Department supports internal Council units purchasing the goods and services necessary to conduct Council business. In carrying out this purpose, the department complies with Council policies and procedures, as well as the laws of federal, state, and local governments, and the requirements of grants the Council receives.

The Manager, Compliance and Administration leads the Contract Management Support Unit and oversees the Councils post-award contract administration, compliance review, policy and procedure governance, training, vendor performance, reporting, and related procurement improvement initiatives. The position develops and maintains internal controls, supports consistent contract management practices across the Council, and advises Procurement leadership and business units on complex contractual and compliance matters.
