About the Role
A major streaming and entertainment experiences organization is looking for a Manager of Commercial Partnerships to support its growing live experiences business, which includes permanent entertainment venues and touring attractions. This role sits within the Commercial Partnerships and Tickets function and is focused on building the strategy, tools, and assets that help the sales team close bigger deals faster. You will translate data and market trends into clear recommendations, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and help shape scalable systems for a brand new revenue channel.
The ideal candidate comes from theme parks, attractions, group sales, or high-end hospitality, and has been part of a sales team in some capacity. You know how seasonality shapes business decisions in experiences and hospitality, and you bring a sharp instinct for what gets both external partners and internal stakeholders genuinely excited. You are a clear, direct communicator who moves fast, earns trust without formal authority, and sees ideas all the way through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with the Director of Commercial Partnerships to identify growth opportunities and lead new product initiatives from concept through execution, working closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Onsite teams
2. Write memos, business cases, strategy briefs, and decision documents that communicate recommendations clearly and drive action across departments and venue locations
3. Identify the highest-impact audience segments and design pitch assets and email templates built to achieve strong conversion rates
4. Collaborate with Marketing to build sales collateral, photo and video assets, and customizable presentation templates that reflect the goals of the groups and events business
5. Refine and maintain the Groups and Events Playbook so the sales team always has accurate, up-to-date guidance
6. Review and optimize CRM workflows (Salesforce) to help the sales team follow up and close deals with minimal manual effort
7. Create presentations and internal memos that keep stakeholders across the business informed on critical updates
Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of experience in sales, strategy, or business operations within attractions, live entertainment, sports, or hospitality
- Background in theme parks, touring attractions, group sales, or high-end hotel or resort environments strongly preferred; experience as part of a sales team is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate the external value of a product or program while rallying internal stakeholders around a shared vision
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a track record of clear and persuasive executive memos and strategy documents
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in turning data into actionable recommendations
- Comfort operating at a fast pace and adapting quickly as priorities shift
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
Preferred Skills- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or ticketing systems
- Experience working across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Understanding of how seasonality affects revenue planning in experiences or hospitality
