Lead and oversee color matching for CeraVe packaging components based on Marketing's decoration brief across multiple zones.
Apply expert color science to assess and approve color development across PCR plastic resins, paper cartons, and labels for aesthetic consistency.
Conduct risk analyses on marketing aesthetic briefs, providing recommendations for highest perceived value at lowest cost.
Assist and oversee on-site print trials and press approvals to ensure color and decoration compliance with L'Oréal quality standards.
Contribute to artwork routing and system-based artwork approval processes.

Drive extrapolation on testing and homologation through close collaboration with technical teams, Marketing, and Development.
Project Leadership & Risk Mitigation
Anticipate and escalate potential blocking points, ensuring Color & Artwork owned deadlines are met and launches stay on schedule.
Utilize L'Oréal's Risk Elevation Process to formulate robust action plans for timing or conception risks.
Serve as a technical lead and point of contact to support and upskill other color & artwork developers.
Innovation, Sustainability & Strategic Collaboration
Lead sustainable decoration solution developments in alignment with L'Oréal's group-wide commitments.
Provide expert advice in conception meetings to optimize project complexity, minimize time-to-market, and reinforce awareness of financial impacts (e.g., sample costs, press approvals).
Support global operations partners on projects executed in other zones.
